While we can solve most issues right over the phone, sometimes it’s necessary to get your Oehler equipment into the shop for repair.
There’s no complicated RMA forms to fill out or labels to print. Just be sure to include your name, phone number, and return address on a note inside the package. Including a short description of the problem never hurts; we’ll give you a call with any questions and before billable work is performed.
